While not technically a ghost town, Silverton is the gateway to dozens of surrounding ghost towns. A National Historic Landmark District with Victorian-era buildings lining Blair Street. The Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, in continuous operation since 1882, is one of Colorado's top tourist attractions.
